Cookies
This website, published by Businesi Contres S.R.L. at Strada Armenească 15, MD-2012 Chișinău, does not set cookies. There is no banner because there is nothing to accept. This page says why, and which rules in the Republic of Moldova would apply if that ever changed.
What the site stores on your device
Nothing of ours. The pages are static files. They do not open a session, they do not remember a visit, and they do not store a choice. The short script on the site changes which photograph is shown as you move through a shooting day, and it lets the stills, film, and finishing notes be read one at a time. That script does not write a cookie, and it does not use local storage or session storage. If you browse with the script turned off, every note is still on the page.
The brief form does not post to a server here. It opens your own email program, addressed to [email protected]. Sending that mail is an act in your mail program. It does not plant a cookie from this domain. Calling +373 69 418 273 does not either. The call is your phone, to the studio in Chișinău.
We do not load analytics, advertising pixels, heat maps, chat widgets, embedded video, social buttons, or fonts from another site. Because those tools are absent, they cannot set a third-party cookie while you read these pages. Your browser may still keep its own history of the address you visited. That history is yours. We do not receive a copy of it, beyond a short connection log the host may keep, described in the privacy notice, and deleted within 45 days.
Why there is no banner
A banner asks for a decision. A decision is useful when the site wants to store something that is not required for the page you asked to see. This site wants nothing stored. A banner that only says “we use necessary cookies” would be a false description, and a banner that you cannot refuse would be worse. We would rather show the pages and keep this note, which you can read if you want the detail.
If a later version of the site needs to remember a real preference, or to measure an audience, we will change this page first, and we will ask before any cookie that is not strictly necessary is set. Continued browsing will not count as a yes. A pre-ticked box will not count as a yes. Silence will not count as a yes.
The law that would apply
Storing information on a person’s device, or reading information already stored there, is regulated for electronic communications by Law No. 72/2025 on electronic communications, including Chapter XVIII on the confidentiality of communications and of personal data in that sector. The law replaced Law No. 241/2007 from 1 January 2026, with some transitional rules still running. The practical rule for a website is the one that chapter carries over from the European approach: do not store or read on the device unless the person has been given clear information and has agreed, except where the storage is strictly necessary to carry a communication or to provide a service the person explicitly asked for.
A cookie that can single out a browser from one visit to the next is also personal data when it identifies someone or can be tied to them. From 23 August 2026 that processing sits under Law No. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data, which replaced Law No. 133/2011 and aligns the Republic of Moldova with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Consent, where the law requires it, has to be a real act: informed, specific, and something the controller can demonstrate. It has to be as easy to withdraw as it was to give. The supervisory authority is the Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal, str. Serghei Lazo 48, MD-2004 Chișinău, phone +373 22 820 801, [email protected].
Strictly necessary storage, if we ever had any, would be the kind the page cannot function without: a load-balancing token, or a cookie that remembers that you already answered a banner. We do not use those today. There is no login, no cart, and no banner choice to remember. A measurement cookie, an advertising cookie, or a cookie from an embedded player would not be strictly necessary, and we do not set them.
Your browser
You can still tell your browser to refuse cookies, to delete them, or to ask you each time, including for other sites you visit after you leave this one. The control sits in the browser’s privacy or site settings. Blocking cookies will not break these pages, because the pages do not depend on any. Blocking scripts will leave the day photographs on their first frame and will show the stills, film, and finishing notes all at once. The text remains.
If you believe a cookie from businesicontres.cc has appeared anyway, write to [email protected] or call +373 69 418 273 and tell us the name your browser shows. We will look at the pages and remove anything that is not described here. You can also complain to the Centre at the Chișinău address above, and you can go to the courts of the Republic of Moldova. The privacy notice sets out the other rights you have over personal data, including access, correction, and deletion.
Mail, the telephone, and the hall
Writing to [email protected] or to [email protected] is not a cookie. It is a message, handled as the privacy notice describes, by the studio at Strada Armenească 15. Calling the studio is a telephone call. Law No. 72/2025 also speaks to the confidentiality of communications and to unsolicited commercial messages. We do not use a call, or an estimate, as permission to send advertising later. If you only wanted a recce, the diary gets the recce, and nothing else.
The gate at the hall is a physical gate. It shuts at 18:30. It is not a tracking tool. There is no camera on this website, and the studio does not run a public webcam of the courtyard.
Changes
This note is dated 2 November 2026. If we start to store anything on your device, the new note will be on this page before that storage begins, and a non-essential cookie will wait for a clear agreement. The controller remains Businesi Contres S.R.L., IDNO 1023600045187, Strada Armenească 15, MD-2012 Chișinău, phone +373 69 418 273.
